Karen continues the family legacy started by her father more than 45 years ago. She began her career at the age of 20, working in West Michigan as an independent agent. After much success, she then transitioned into the office staff as director of marketing. Through her hard work, dedication and passion for helping others, Karen earned her role in the company and is now the CEO. She also sits as a partner among the Integrity Marketing Group platform, making MultiState a part of the powerhouse in the insurance industry.

Following her graduation from Lake Forest College, Sandi began to follow in her mother’s footsteps in September of 2015. She inherited Karen’s passionate, caring spirit and desire to help others. She wears many hats at the MultiState office, currently managing the recruiting of new agents, the captive life shop program and the compliance department. She also still holds her life and health insurance license, constantly spreading her knowledge of Medicare everywhere she goes. Her goal is to provide seniors with confidential insurance advice and customized solutions.
